#16, Have a Positive Mental Attitude!

Hello Jung SuWon Kids Club,

Today:

“Have a Positive Mental Attitude!!!”

This is one of Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s famous quotes.

Having a positive attitude is a belief that Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim has lived with since she was born and especially since she was 5 years old, when she was abandoned during the Korean War, when everything and everyone around her (including her best friend) died right before her eyes.

So, when things go wrong for you, instead of focusing on anger, worry, frustration, fear, hurt, self destructive energy or any other negative emotion, focus instead on your inner strength.  Focus on loving yourself as your own best friend.  Focus on helping others who are worse off than you.  Carry within yourself a “Positive Mental Attitude!” and you’ll have a great day!

Also, today is:

International Children’s Book Day!

Go to www.gonorthstar.com, products, children’s literature section to find books that Dr. Tae Yun Kim has written for children.
