A “Smile” can help you to feel good about yourself, and can also bring smiles to others around you.

Jung SuWon training is 24 hours a day, both on the dojang floor and especially away from the dojang in your every day life.  Training helps to improve self confidence, mental confidence, physical fitness, balance, discipline, and has many other benefits for your Body, Mind and Spirit. A person could walk onto the dojang floor full of stress and after a good workout leave the dojang feeling fantastic with a big Smile!
