Jung SuWon – Energizing – Word Search Puzzle!

July 18, 2012

This excerpt is by Dr. Tae Yun Kim, in The Silent Master eBook, on “Energizing

Energizing involves getting your energy under control – purifying it, increasing it, and directing it towards goals and activities that promote your growth and development rather than self-destructive or limited ends.  Because you are unique, it is important not to compare yourself with others or have unrealistic expectations for what you want to accomplish.  There is already within you a quiet recognition of the goals that are appropriate for you.  An unrealistic goal will make you feel “pushed’ or anxious, whereas a realistic goal will bring a sense of excitement and eager anticipation.”

He can do! She Can Do! Why Not Me! – Maze

May 22, 2012

Here is a Maze that will test your patience and persistance.

Instructions: Start on the left side, travel through the maze, and finish on the right side.

Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s motto is:  He can do, she can do, why not me?  You have to have the mental attitude to do the work for yourself.  He can do, she can do, why not you?  Yes – those victories you’ve seen others attain?  You can too!  Why not you?  Too many people shortchange themselves, discount themselves with too much fear and self-doubt.  You have power!  In reality, the only thing that separates you from your victory is work. If you are not mentally lazy, you have unlimited opportunity!  This means you can do, if you are willing to take the necessary mental and physical steps and persist and persist until you win!

To help relax and release tensions,

here is a simple Morning Sun Form

to do with Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim!

A New Quiz – The Jung SuWon Code of Ethics!

March 29, 2012

Click here to take “The Jung SuWon Code of Ethics Quiz

The Jung SuWon Code of Ethics was designed by Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim.  It combines the results of wisdom passed down for thousands of years and Great Grandmaster’s own wisdom and knowledge gained through her lifelong training and teaching.

By applying the Jung SuWon Code of Ethics to your daily life, you can learn to develop yourself to your fullest and achieve all the goals that you want in your life.

If you practice joining your Body and Mind as One, if you know the Truth about yourself, if you express Purity and Love, you are on your way to achieving your goals.  If you exercise Loyalty to your cause you bring your vision to completion.  If you Sacrifice your mental and physical obstacles you gain strength and clarity of mind.  True Patience is knowing the truth and expecting the truth to manifest over time.

To gain a deeper understanding of how the Code of Ethics can be applied in your daily life, read Great Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s books: “Seven Steps to Inner Power” and “The Silent Master”.

07 Bees, Unity, and Honey!

October 1, 2008

A reminder of Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s philosophy is to work together in unity with your friends and family, as the bees show us in the video.  How many bees do you see working together?  In Jung SuWon class, and in your school, work together with your classmates.

Bees visit these flowers in order to collect the nectar and in the process also pollinate the plants.

Honey bees collect nectar and store it as honey in their hives. Nectar and honey provides energy for the bees flight muscles and for heating the hive during the winter. Honey bees also collect pollen which supplies protein for the bees to grow. Beekeepers harvest the honey.

The main uses of honey are in cooking, baking, spreading on bread or toast, and added to tea.  Raw honey also contains enzymes that help in its digestion, several vitamins, and antioxidants.

In Fremont, CA, on Sunday Mornings there is a Farmer’s Market in the Irvington area, close to the Safeway on Washington Blvd.  One of the booths at this Farmer’s Market has natural honey combs, honey sticks, different honey flavors to sample, small jars of honey, large jars of honey, and has recipes for cooking with honey.

It is fun to explore the different types of foods at your local Farmer’s Market.
